KiviaX Account & Data Deletion Request

KiviaX respects your privacy and gives you full control over your personal data. Below are the steps to delete your account, synced preferences, and local app data.

1. Delete Local Device Data (In-App)

All your 60-second somatic exercise history, streaks, and preferences are stored locally on your mobile device. You can delete all local data immediately by doing any of the following:

• Open KiviaX App → Go to Settings → Tap "Wipe App Database".
• Uninstall the KiviaX App from your mobile device.

2. Request Google Account / Firebase Data Deletion

If you signed in with Google Authentication, your Firebase User ID (UID) and email address were used solely to sync your app preferences. To permanently delete your online profile and account records from our servers, send an email request to our support team:

• Your Google Sign-In profile email and Firebase User ID (UID).
• All cloud-synced preferences and app settings.
• Local exercise logs (when wiped or uninstalled).
