Guided Somatic Exercises

Discover simple guided somatic exercises designed to help you introduce physical movement and grounding into your day.

The Exercises Library Screen

When you open the Exercises section of KiviaX, you are presented with a categorised library of 60-second somatic exercises. This screen is designed to let you choose an exercise based on your immediate time availability or tension area:

  • Exercise Cards Grid: Clean, rounded cards showing the exercise icon (e.g. 🦋 for Butterfly Tapping), name, and a short physiological summary.
  • Target Filters: Quickly filter routines by time (e.g. 60-Second Resets) or body focus area (e.g. Neck, Shoulders, Chest, Eyes).
  • Difficulty Badges: Displays somatic levels so beginners can start with simple guided breath patterns.

The Vocal Pitch Resonance Screen

For exercises targeting vagus nerve stimulation through sound (like Vocal Humming), KiviaX features a dedicated resonance feedback screen. On this screen, you see:

1. Real-time Frequency Gauge: A smooth arc showing your humming pitch frequency (optimized between 60Hz and 150Hz).

2. Target Indicator: Guides you to adjust the depth and tone of your voice until you hit the target frequency band.

3. Local Audio Engine: A notice reminding you that all voice processing happens instantaneously in your device's temporary memory (RAM) and is never recorded or transmitted to any server.

Practicing the Routines

Selecting any exercise launches the full-screen guide, complete with visual step markers, breathing instructions, and device haptic integration.
